" I had dinner at Atithi, and it was nothing short of amazing! The quality of food was excellent & authentic, especially the dal and rice which tasted just like my mother's cooking. The atmosphere is welcoming, with friendly staff who genuinely seem to care about your experience. " I had such a wonderful dinner with friends last night! The ambiance was perfect, with nice decorations that made it cozy. I ordered the mix veg thali, which was fantastic—everything was fresh and perfectly spiced. The only downside was the long wait to be seated and to get our orders, but once the food arrived, our hunger vanished! The portion sizes were generous. " Horrible customer service marred an otherwise decent meal. Although the food was really good—especially the chole bhature—the staff acted as if they were doing you a favor by serving you. For the prices they charge, I expected better treatment. The taste was pretty authentic, so that’s why I gave a higher rating for food. " We went out of our way to try Atithi after hearing so many positive reviews. The decor is inviting, creating a pleasant atmosphere for dining, and the orders did come out quick. However, while the food was decent, it wasn't as authentic as I had hoped. The paneer tikka lacked spices, and the chaat could be improved on. Not sure if I'll return at this point.
