" I planned a dinner out with friends at El Cuzcatlan based on the great reviews. Upon arrival, the place was buzzing with energy. We started off with a few drinks, the horchata was wonderfully authentic. For our meal, we tried the special platters which came generously filled with rice, beans, and a mix of meats that were flavored exquisitely. " I stumbled upon El Cuzcatlan while driving through the area and decided to stop in for lunch. I was greeted warmly and seated promptly. The restaurant has a welcoming feel to it, very clean and decorated modestly. I ordered the tamales and was absolutely blown away; they tasted homemade, rich in flavor, and just delightful. Their pupusas are spot on, with the right amount of cheese and blowing me away with quality. It's hard to find a place that serves such authentic dishes with so much affection!
