The portion was generous, and I was pleasantly surprised to find the mole sauce to be rich and authentic—reminding me of my abuela's cooking. " Never thought I’d find such authentic Mexican cuisine outside of Texas, but El Traviezo proved me wrong! I enjoyed the tamales which were not only large but bursting with flavor. The atmosphere was lively and made the visit even more enjoyable. However, I felt that the wait time for food offset the good vibes a bit, but the servers were friendly and tried to make up for it with extra chips and salsa while we waited.
