" We were excited to try Meat Project but walked away with mixed feelings. The food was good, but we encountered issues with inconsistency in our orders. The meatloaf felt off, and the banchans were underwhelming. I felt that if the portions of sides were increased, it could lead to a much better experience. Staff was friendly but disorganized during busy hours. I would give it another chance, but with lowered expectations. " (*Curated Review*)
" Delicious food, vibrant atmosphere! It's always bustling in here and we had a great time cooking our own meals. I tried the gopchang for the first time and was amazed! It’s rare to find a KBBQ place that includes that on their menu. The service was pretty good, although there were moments when we had to wait longer than expected for our next round of orders. The portions could be better, but the flavor made up for it. I would definitely return for the experience. " (*Curated Review*)
" As a lover of Korean BBQ, I'm always on the lookout for new places to try. Meat Project caught my eye, and I'm glad I went! The selection of meats was superb, especially the marinated options. I was particularly impressed by the shrimp dish and how well it was cooked! However, I did feel the banchan portions could be larger. The service was prompt and friendly, which definitely improved our overall enjoyment of the night. " (*Curated Review*)
" We celebrated my birthday at Meat Project and it was fantastic! The food was so tender and flavorful, especially the ribeye and galbi. The staff was friendly and very accommodating, checking in with us regularly. The atmosphere was bustling but comfortable. The only downside was the portion size of the sides, which I felt could use some improvement. Overall, an enjoyable experience that I would highly recommend! " (*Curated Review*)
" What a delightful surprise at Meat Project! The meat was juicy, fresh, and beautifully marinated. Our waiter was incredibly attentive (shoutout to David!) who made our dining experience perfect. However, I was a bit disappointed with the size of the side dishes. They were simply too small considering the number of people in our party - it required a few rounds of seeking refills. All in all, I absolutely loved my meal here and can’t wait to come back and enjoy more Korean BBQ! " (*Curated Review*)
" I recently visited Meat Project and was looking forward to a great meal, but my experience fell short of expectations. While the meat quality was decent, I found that some items tasted off, particularly with the marinated galbi which had a strange flavor, almost sour. On a positive note, the service was attentive, and the atmosphere was lively. I was hoping for a more authentic experience, but I unfortunately can’t say I’d recommend this place based on my experience. More care needs to be put into food preparation and quality control. " I was skeptical about Meat Project since I had heard mixed reviews, but I gave it a shot! The AYCE concept is great for groups. We feasted on a plethora of meats, but the highlight was definitely the honey butter octopus. That was delicious! However, I did find the portion sizes for the sides a bit lacking. They were just enough for sampling, not for sharing as we had hoped. The ambiance was bustling and fun. I’d probably come back now that I know what to expect! " (*Curated Review*)
