" I just had the most awful experience visiting Taco Bell. Not only was my food wrong, but it took far too long to even get my order! " I went to Taco Bell last night after a long day, craving some cheesy goodness. The place was packed, and the drive-thru line was enormous. After waiting for about 30 minutes, I finally got my order, but it was wrong! Instead of my requested soft tacos, I received hard-shell ones. When I brought this up to the staff, they were polite but didn’t seem very apologetic. The food itself was okay, albeit not as fresh as I hoped it would be.
