" Poor experience overall. While the food was decent, the service was infuriatingly slow. It took ages between our order and when we received our food, and we saw several other patrons experiencing the same issue. Interestingly, the food itself was good when it finally came, but the long wait left a sour taste in my mouth. I wouldn't recommend visiting during peak times—maybe that's when they falter the most. " While the food here is quite good, and indeed authentic, my last experience was mixed. I had ordered shrimp fried rice and it was decent, but a bit too greasy for my taste. I prefer my dishes to be light and fresh. The lobster rangoon was phenomenal, and I would certainly order it again. However, the service was slightly slow during peak hours, and the atmosphere, though inviting, could use some refreshing. " This place is an absolute gem! I’ve been coming here for years since it’s the best Chinese food in the neighborhood. Their general tso's chicken is my go-to dish: crispy, spicy, and served hot. The portions are generous, so I always leave full. It can get a bit busy on weekends, so I recommend ordering ahead if you can. The staff is usually friendly, but there have been a couple of times when they've been overwhelmed. Still, it doesn't take away from the delicious food. I’ll keep coming back for sure! " Disappointing experience! I used to love this place until my last visit. The food was bland and tasted reheated. It's disheartening because I've always enjoyed their lo mein, but this time it was undercooked and lacked the usual flavors. On top of that, the service was painfully slow, which contributed to my frustration. I had to wait longer than expected during my lunch hour.
