" The other day was my first experience at IPHO and I was blown away! The pho was utterly delicious, probably the best in town. The broth had the perfect balance of spices, and the rare beef was tender and melted in your mouth. I also tried their special spring rolls which were crispy and filled with fresh ingredients.
