" If I could give zero stars, I would. I visited for a quick bite, only to be subjected to a very long wait. My order took nearly an hour, and when I got it, my food was worse than cafeteria food. Everything was cold and soggy, and I couldn't even identify what I had ordered. I'd have better luck making my tacos at home, and I'm not even a cook. " Once, I loved this Taco Bell for casual hangouts with friends. Unfortunately, the recent visits have been a major letdown. The service is dreadfully slow, with orders being mixed up, and the atmosphere has turned chaotic with tables often left uncleaned and food debris everywhere. Just last week, my order took over 35 minutes, and my friends who ordered after me got their meals before I did! To top it off, my tacos were missing most of the toppings I requested. I was so frustrated that I considered leaving without eating, but I still wanted to enjoy some sort of comfort food. I definitely need to think twice before coming back here again!
