The bhatures were puffed up perfectly and the chole was seasoned just right. I was pleasantly surprised by the portion sizes as well; definitely worth the value you pay here. Plus, the owner was incredibly kind and took the time to suggest some other dishes for my next visit, which I surely will take him up on! This place has quickly become one of my favorites.
