I ordered a California burrito and the combination was amazing especially with their spicy salsa. The staff were pleasant and efficient, but the seating is quite basic, just a food truck ambiance. " Let’s just say I’m incredibly picky when it comes to Mexican food and running a taco truck myself makes it hard to impress me. However, Taqueria Querétaro managed to do just that. The horchata was delightful and paired perfectly with their birria tacos whose flavors sang in harmony. The portions were generous, and I definitely felt like I got my money's worth.
