" This food truck has the best carne asada I’ve tasted outside of Mexico! The seasoning was spot on, and the tortillas were fresh and soft. I felt like I got authentic street tacos right in Portland. " Let’s just say I’m incredibly picky when it comes to Mexican food and running a taco truck myself makes it hard to impress me. However, Taqueria Querétaro managed to do just that. The horchata was delightful and paired perfectly with their birria tacos whose flavors sang in harmony. The portions were generous, and I definitely felt like I got my money's worth.
