" We’ve been ordering from Gianni's for years and the food has always been good. Recently, however, the service has been slipping. We placed an order for delivery that took over an hour, and when it arrived, one of the pizzas was wrong. They did offer to replace it, but that meant another long wait. It's frustrating when you look forward to a nice meal only for it to be ruined by service issues. The food itself remains their strong point, but they need to fix their service problems. " I've frequented Gianni's a couple of times thinking they would improve, but unfortunately, they haven’t. The first time was okay; the pizza was decent but pizza does take a while to be ready when dining in. This last visit, however, our pizza order was messed up entirely, and they didn't seem very sorry about it. If you can’t get a simple order right, what's the point of trying again?
