" I was really disappointed with my last order from Pizza Factory. I had high hopes after trying the lunch buffet in the past, which was great, but this time around, the pizza was dry, and the crust was too hard for my liking. The wings seemed like they were tossed in sauce without any real flavor. I also encountered some trouble with the staff being overwhelmed and somewhat rude at times. " Wow, what a pleasant surprise! Stopped by Pizza Factory on a whim and it turned out to be one of the best pizza spots I have visited! The employees were so inviting, and they created a warm welcome as soon as we stepped in. The pizza was flavorful and perfectly baked, just the right amount of crispiness, and melted cheese on top. I can especially recommend the Hawaiian pizza; it was the perfect balance of savory and sweet. The service was quick, and they kept checking on our table. I left with a full belly and a happy heart. " My family and I have been dining at Pizza Factory for years. It has always been one of our favorites, but lately, we have noticed a decline in the quality of both food and service. " I visit Pizza Factory often mainly because of their all-you-can-eat special. It’s a great deal when I’m with friends or family. The pizza is good, maybe just not the best I’ve had. I think the highlight for me are their wings and the ice cream dessert on the buffet. They make it fun for getting a good meal at an affordable price.
