" I tried Sichuan Pavilion recently and was blown away by the authenticity of the dishes! I came looking for traditional flavors and I was not disappointed. " Started off my meal with the hot and sour soup, yet found it to be rather bland. Theeredish was the kung pao chicken, which although was tasty, did not bring anything new to this iconic dish. " I used to love visiting Sichuan Pavilion, but it seems like it’s gone downhill lately. I ordered the kung pao chicken, which was just mediocre at best. I did appreciate that they used real chicken breast though, but it just felt like something was missing in terms of flavor.
