" I tried Sichuan Pavilion recently and was blown away by the authenticity of the dishes! I came looking for traditional flavors and I was not disappointed. The spicy crab was exquisite—so fresh and perfectly cooked. The service was great too—our waiter was very knowledgeable about the menu and helped us choose the right spice levels. I would definitely come back for more! " (*Curated Review*)
" Started off my meal with the hot and sour soup, yet found it to be rather bland. Theeredish was the kung pao chicken, which although was tasty, did not bring anything new to this iconic dish. The service was alright but it felt rushed. I think I'll try a different entree next time, hopefully something more traditional. " (*Curated Review*)
" The food at Sichuan Pavilion was quite flavorful, and I truly enjoyed the rice dishes. However, the atmosphere left something to be desired; it was a bit cramped with too many tables close together. I appreciated the quick service though, and my expectations for flavor were exceeded. I’ll definitely return to try more of their offerings! " (*Curated Review*)
" Last night I had a less than desirable dinner. The dumplings I ordered were overcooked and lacked flavor. It’s frustrating because I’ve heard good things about the place, but this visit missed the mark for me. The atmosphere could’ve also been a tad more inviting—nothing was wrong per se, but just felt a bit stale. Not sure if I’ll return based on this experience. " (*Curated Review*)
" The food was incredibly flavorful, each dish telling its own story through taste! The spicy fish dish was the highlight of my evening, perfectly cooked. The restaurant was busy, which only added to the lively atmosphere. Although the service was a bit slow because of the crowd, it was worth the wait. I will definitely be returning for more. " I used to love visiting Sichuan Pavilion, but it seems like it’s gone downhill lately. I ordered the kung pao chicken, which was just mediocre at best. I did appreciate that they used real chicken breast though, but it just felt like something was missing in terms of flavor. The service was alright, but I was a bit miffed over the tipping policy they’ve adopted lately. Might reconsider returning after this visit. " (*Curated Review*)
" Sichuan Pavilion has become my favorite dining spot in DC! Their spicy beef noodles are an explosion of flavors and the perfect level of heat. I've been trying all their offerings and they never disappoint. Service is typically fast and friendly, and I always leave feeling full and satisfied! Can't wait to bring my friends here!
