" I wish I could give more than one star! I had such a disappointing experience recently at Hong Kong Garden. The food I received was tasteless and looked overcooked; it was nothing like what I'd heard from friends. The chicken I had seemed rubbery, and the sauce was overly sweet. To make matters worse, the wait staff seemed overwhelmed and not very attentive. I expected more based on prior reviews and feelings about this restaurant. " After reading fantastic reviews about Hong Kong Garden, I decided to give it a try. First off, the staff was incredibly polite, and the place was clean and inviting. I ordered the General Tso's chicken and was thrilled at the generous portion size. However, the chicken was a little overcooked, and though the sauce could have been spicier for my taste, it still tasted good.
