" I decided to try Chili's again after a few months, hoping for an improvement. Unfortunately, the service was just as slow as before. We waited over 30 minutes to even place our order, and when the food arrived, it was lukewarm at best. I ordered the ribs, which I remembered being great, but they were far from cooked right this time. The fries were soggy too.
