" It took me a while to find a great Thai restaurant in Charlotte, but I think I’ve finally found it at Rai Lay Thai. I had the Kao Soi, and it reminded me of my travels through Thailand! The noodles were delightful, and the broth was rich and satisfying. The only downside was that it took a little longer for the food to arrive than I would have appreciated, but it was still worth it!
