" A unique experience overall! Dining in a curling club was unexpected, but it couldn’t take away from the quality of food we had. We enjoyed a thali platter which allowed us to sample a variety of dishes. The flavors were vibrant, and the spice levels were true to Indian cooking. " Popped in for a quick bite while exploring the area and was pleasantly surprised by Namaste Kitchen. The food was fresh, and I loved that they made adjustments for spice levels on request. I had the Vegetable Biryani which was aromatic and well-spiced. The only downside was the lack of a cozy vibe, but they made up for it with their friendly staff who made sure we had everything we needed. " Had a lovely family dinner here. The setting took a bit to get used to, being in a curling rink and all, but once the food came out, we were sold! The Tandoori Chicken was juicy and flavorful, while the Biryani was fragrant and plentiful. The kids enjoyed their meals as well. " Namaste Kitchen serves some of the best Indian in Fredericton! I ordered the Mixed Vegetable Curry and it was spiced just right. The naan was hot and fresh.
