" I had heard so much about Erica's Mexican Food and finally decided to check it out. I was not disappointed! Even though it's just a food truck, the setup was welcoming and cozy. I tried the carne asada burrito, and it was delicious; probably one of the best burritos I've ever had. The meat was tender and well-seasoned, and the portion was just right for the price. The only downside was that it took a little longer than expected to get my order, but it was well worth the wait.
