" It was my first experience at Sake and it wasn’t as bad as I expected based on the reviews, but it sure wasn’t great. I walked in and it felt messy, but the staff was friendly. The bubble tea was tasty, but I ordered a California roll that didn’t taste right, almost like it was made with old ingredients. I wouldn't call this authentic sushi at all. Portion sizes were decent, it's affordable and I wasn't unhappy, but I don't think I'll rush back. " Sake was definitely an experience to say the least. I went in with high hopes but came out with a sour stomach. The sushi I had was past its prime, and I regretted my choice. The bubble tea was however a sweet relief! The place is tucked away with an ambiance that is casual, but the chaos around made it hard to enjoy fully. " Every single time I visit Sake, I find the staff to be incredibly friendly. I get the impression they genuinely want to provide good service. The bubble tea they have is consistently good, and I would highly recommend it to anyone. I've had some decent sushi rolls, but I've also had subpar sushi that felt off. The restaurant could definitely benefit from improving the quality of their seafood for sure. While I am a bit wary of their sushi options, I really appreciate the welcoming atmosphere. " Exploring new sushi spots is always an adventure, and I was hopeful for Sake. I would say the ambiance is casual, but I wish it were cleaner. The sushi I had was quite bland and did not have the freshness I genuinely look for in sushi places. I was looking forward to trying their ramen but chose to stick with the rolls instead; they aren’t worth recommending. Service was amiable, though, which helped, and their bubble tea is great!
