" I tired out Pho Bistreaux for brunch last weekend. The menu was diverse, which was exciting! I tried their Vietnamese coffee, which was deliciously strong, and perfect with my pho. The only issue was that the service was a bit lukewarm; I had to wait a little too long to order and even longer for the check. So while the food is worth it, make sure to go when it’s not too busy!
