" Disappointed with my last experience at Marco’s. I had heard wonderful things about their food, but when I finally went, the tacos I ordered weren't fresh. The tortillas seemed stale, and the meat was lukewarm. The service could have been more attentive as well. I had to ask for my drink multiple times. I don’t know if it was just an off day, but it really didn’t live up to the expectations. " I finally went to Marco's after hearing all the hype around it. Honestly, it did not disappoint! As a taco aficionado, I can confidently say their tacos are the real deal. I tried both the carnitas and carne asada tacos, and both had distinct but flavorful profiles that kept me wanting more. Not only were the tacos delicious, but the homemade salsas they serve are a highlight that really elevate the experience. The staff was extremely welcoming as well. They have an authentic feel to them, and I love that they use real corn tortillas. It’s the little things that matter! The ambiance is great as well - very inviting and family-friendly which makes it perfect for bringing your kids. I always leave satisfied with the portion sizes as well. I ordered the enchilada plate, and I have to say it was one of the better enchiladas I've had. The rice and beans were seasoned very well, complementing the enchiladas perfectly. Also, the fact that they make their own salsa made a huge difference. You can taste the freshness!
