" I visited Ming Moon on a whim and was left underwhelmed. The food wasn’t as authentic as I hoped, and the flavors were off, not quite like traditional Chinese cuisine. The service was like walking through thick mud; it felt slow and inattentive. On top of that, my meal seemed a little overpriced for what I received. " I made my first stop at Ming Moon after hearing a lot about their egg rolls. They sure did not disappoint! Crispy and crunchy, perfectly golden, and the dipping sauce was exceptional. Unfortunately, the main course didn’t hold up to the standards set by the appetizers—it was salty and not very fresh.
