" I had a not-so-great experience at Chili's. Although the ambiance was nice, and they had a vibrant atmosphere, the service was slow. I waited a good 20 minutes before anyone even took my order. I ordered the drink and an enchilada, but when it came out, it was lukewarm. I raised my concern, and the waitress did apologize and took it back but it came back too late to enjoy it properly.
