" I was really looking forward to my meal at Chili's but left feeling disappointed. The steak was undercooked, and after sending it back, it still wasn’t right. The manager came over and apologized, but the experience had soured me on the meal. However, the server was wonderful and tried to make it right, which was appreciated.
