" I walked into Poinciana with high hopes but walked out disappointed. The food was not fresh. My fried rice tasted like it had been sitting out for hours, and the chicken looked and tasted unappealing. The only redeeming factor was the egg rolls, but even they were mediocre. Very overpriced for the quality provided. On top of that, the staff seemed overwhelmed and indifferent, making the whole experience uninviting.
