" I just had a pretty disappointing meal from Frank's last night. I had high expectations based on some reviews, but sadly, the food did not deliver. " Unfortunately, I had one of the worst dining experiences at Frank's that I’ve ever encountered. A few weeks back, I ordered a large pizza and salad for a family gathering. It took nearly an hour to arrive, and when it got here, it was lukewarm at best. The pizza was poorly assembled, with toppings sliding off with each slice, and the veggies in the salad were limp. When I brought it to the manager's attention, he was dismissive and offered not even an apology. I was really looking forward to this meal, but I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. " Last week was the first time I had ever been to Frank's Pizza & Subs and it won’t be my last! When we walked in, we were greeted warmly by the hostess and our server was very attentive and friendly. I ordered a veggie pizza and it was packed with toppings! The crust was delicious and perfectly cooked. I loved that the tomatoes were fresh, which I know can sometimes make or break a pizza! My friends ordered the meatball sub and said it was the best they've ever had. The prices were reasonable too, making it even better, considering the quality. " I’ve had one fantastic meal at Frank's and one terrible one. The first time I went, I thought I stumbled into a hidden gem. The pizza had a good crust, melty cheese, and robust flavors. " Frank's Pizza & Subs has been a consistent choice for our family dinners for years. Their calzones are, hands down, the best I've had in the area!
