" After hearing great things about Koshi Sushi & Grill, I finally made my way there last Saturday with some friends. Let me just say, I was not disappointed! The ambiance is cozy yet modern, which made for a nice evening out. We started with some miso soup, which was rich and flavorful. I ordered the Spicy Girl roll, and it was one of the best sushi rolls I've ever had. The flavors were balanced perfectly, and the sushi rice was perfectly cooked. " Walking into Koshi Sushi & Grill was an enjoyable experience; the decor made me feel at ease instantly. I went for the night with my family, and we ordered a range of dishes, from sushi to Korean barbecue. My absolute favorite was the bulgogi — tender and marinated perfectly.
