" My family and I visited Mazzio's for the buffet last Saturday, and I have to say I was a bit disappointed. First, the salad bar looked messy with several items running low. The pizzas available were not replenished quickly enough. I understand that places can get busy, but they need to manage better during peak hours. " Okay, I’ve been a loyal customer of Mazzio's for years, but after my last visit, I'm honestly rethinking everything. Upon arrival, I saw that the tables were dirty, and the floors hadn’t been cleaned either. The staff seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than serving customers. After ordering two pizzas, it took close to 45 minutes to receive them, and when they arrived, they were cold and unappetizing. The pizza was soggy and lacked flavor. " The extreme supreme pizza is one of my all-time favorites! I order it almost weekly. However, the last time I visited, it was an absolute mess. The crust was overcooked while the toppings were sparse and unevenly distributed. The service was fine—friendly enough—but I think they were just too busy to manage the kitchen well. " I just had to share my experience at Mazzio's. We were really looking forward to ordering some wings and a couple of personal pizzas. The only thing I enjoyed was the variety in wing sauces. We had to wait almost 50 minutes, which was ridiculous! When we finally received our order, they had given us the wrong pizzas. To make things worse, the wings were way overcooked. " I am so disappointed! Mazzio's used to be our family go-to for pizza night, but it's gotten really bad lately. The last time we ordered, my pizza just felt undercooked and the crust was doughy.
