" I visited Fazoli's for a quick bite on a busy weekday and was pleasantly surprised! Although the wait was a little longer than expected, once the food arrived, I knew it was worth it. " I just had the most disappointing experience at Fazoli's. We walked in, and the place looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days. Tables were dirty and there was food on the floor. I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs, hoping for a comforting meal, but the sauce was surprisingly bland and the pasta overcooked. The server took a long time to bring us breadsticks, which is what I looked forward to the most. I've been to other locations that had much better food and service. The environment wasn't too clean, and once seated, it took a while for anyone to come and take our order. The alfredo sauce tasted off, and I felt it was unappetizing.
