" As a Texan, I can be pretty picky about Mexican food. I went to George's expecting a decent meal but was surprised at how authentic their dishes tasted. I ordered the beef enchiladas, and the gravy was just like what I remember from home. The chips and salsa were fresh, and the waitstaff was excellent. " I have been to George's multiple times, and I've always enjoyed it! The environment is lively, which I appreciate. I especially like the taco salad, it’s always filled with fresh toppings and delicious dressing. Their guacamole is homemade and the best in town.
