" I had a wonderful dining experience at Sahib last weekend. The restaurant exudes a lovely ambiance, and we were seated right away. I ordered the Butter Chicken and my date had the Rogan Josh. Both dishes were rich in flavor and beautifully presented. Our server, Rocky, was absolutely marvelous – he made a great effort to ensure we enjoyed our meals! I particularly loved their special mango salad and the chicken curry was to die for. The restaurant had a welcoming vibe, and our server was professional. " After hearing great things about Sahib, I decided to take my family there. Unfortunately, it did not meet the expectations. While the food was decent, it lacked authenticity. The Goat Curry was more curry than goat, and the flavors were not as robust as I had hoped. Service was friendly, but a bit on the slow side. The space itself was clean and bright, so that’s a plus.
