" After living in Japan for several years, I can say that Sushi Time is one of the few places in the States that truly feels authentic. The tiny space is absolutely charming, reminding me of the little sushi bars you find in Kyoto. Every sushi roll I tried was an explosion of fresh flavors! I particularly enjoyed the uni and the seared salmon belly, they were exquisite. The warmth of the staff just added to the experience, making it feel homey.
