" After living in Japan for several years, I can say that Sushi Time is one of the few places in the States that truly feels authentic. The tiny space is absolutely charming, reminding me of the little sushi bars you find in Kyoto. Every sushi roll I tried was an explosion of fresh flavors! I particularly enjoyed the uni and the seared salmon belly, they were exquisite. The warmth of the staff just added to the experience, making it feel homey. " Had a lovely dinner at Sushi Time last week. The miso soup was warm and comforting, and we were particularly enchanted by a unique eel dish on the specials menu. " Came here on a Saturday night and was not disappointed! The rolls were certainly creative and beautifully presented. Although the space was a bit cramped, it’s charming in its own way.
