" I cannot recommend Casa Toro 88 enough! The chips and salsa were excellent as a starter, and the birria tacos I ordered were the highlight of my meal. They reminded me of what I once had in Tijuana—authentic indeed! The staff was very attentive, but the wait for the food was longer than expected.
