" My expectations were high based on the reviews, and Carlos Birrieria did not disappoint! The birria burrito was filled with meat and flavor, not to mention the consomé on the side was a delightful addition. I also tried the Tacos and they were just as good. The only downside was that it was quite busy when I went, and I had to wait a little longer than expected. But the staff handled it well and were still very friendly. " For street tacos, this place is the best I have found in Portland! The birria tacos are my personal favorite; they are just bursting with flavor. However, when I visited last, they were out of avocado, which was a bit disappointing. I also appreciate how the staff knows their regular customers and how they make everyone feel valued.
