" I'd been hearing good things about Carlos O'Kelly's so I decided to check it out with my partner. The setup is really nice and the waitstaff was almost overly nice – which is not a bad thing! The food, however, wasn't exactly authentic Mexican food as I anticipated. I ordered the chicken enchiladas which lacked flavor, and the rice was a bit bland.
