" Every time I've visited this Taco Bell, it's always been a disappointing experience. From long waits in the drive-thru to getting the wrong order, it seems like nothing ever goes smoothly. During my last visit, I ordered a cheesy gordita crunch and it fell apart when I tried to eat it! The service overall is just not what you expect from a Taco Bell. " Terrible experience. I went to the drive-thru one evening after work, and it took nearly 40 minutes to get my food. There was a noticeable lack of staff, and the ones who were there did not seem to care about the orders they were preparing. My burritos were soggy and wrapped poorly, spilling all over the bag. I ended up driving home to find my meal was messed up—half the order was missing! I've given them too many chances.
