" I’ve been to many buffets, and China Buffet is certainly one of the more mediocre ones. The food is plentiful, but the quality often leaves much to be desired. Many of the items didn’t taste fresh, and I noticed the service had the staff running around with little attention to detail. I kept on finding empty trays, which was frustrating.
