" I had been hearing wonderful things about Angelo's, and I finally had the opportunity to dine there with friends. We were warmly greeted at the door and shown to our table with a stunning view of the mountains. The wine selection was excellent, and we enjoyed a nice bottle of Chianti that paired beautifully with our dishes. The handmade pastas were divine, especially the pappardelle with braised lamb. " Dining at Angelo's was without a doubt one of the best decisions of our trip to Aspen. Celebrating a special occasion, we were greeted with a personalized welcome which was such a nice touch. The menu choices were overwhelmingly tempting, but we settled on the bolognese and a lobster pasta dish. Both were delicious, and the portions were generous. The staff were attentive, checking in frequently without being intrusive. It was clear that they took pride in their service.
