" Honestly, the ramen here left me wanting more. I've had authentic ramen on the West Coast, and while Jimoto Ramen is decent, it doesn't quite measure up. The broth was a bit thin, and the noodles didn’t have that chewy texture I was hoping for. But the service was phenomenal! The guy at the counter was super friendly and helpful, and made recommendations which I appreciated. I got the tonkotsu, but I might try one of the poke bowls if I come back. " Jimoto Ramen really exceeded my expectations! Upon entering, I was greeted warmly and escorted to my table, which set a nice tone for the evening. I decided to go for their mountain miso ramen, and it was incredible! The flavors were rich and I loved the addition of fresh greens. My companion tried the poke bowl and was equally impressed by the freshness of the ingredients.
