" Pho You really aims to please. During my last visit, I got their grilled pork banh mi topped with fresh cucumbers and cilantro - what a treat! On previous visits, I had the pho which didn’t impress me much, but I believe they’re actively working on improving the recipe based on the feedback. The staff is incredibly polite, making this a nice place to grab a quick bite. I'm hopeful they take the feedback into stride as I want to see them succeed. " (*Curated Review*)

" I really wanted to love this place, but the pho was just not authentic enough for me. It reminded me more of a basic chicken noodle soup rather than the rich, layered flavors of true pho. The service was quite pleasant, and I enjoyed the summer rolls. I’d say try the other dishes as well, as the pho seems to need a bit of work. " (*Curated Review*)

" The first time I visited, I had the beef pho, and honestly, it was a bit of a letdown. It felt more like a regular noodle soup than the beautifully fragrant pho I was hoping for. The second time, however, I went for the grilled chicken banh mi and wow, it blew my mind! The bread was so crispy, the chicken flavorful, and overall it was a knockout dish. I'll stick to the banh mi next visit! " (*Curated Review*)

" I love Pho You! The summer rolls were absolutely delicious and the staff were kind. The pho, however, left something to be desired; the broth didn’t have the flavor I was seeking. I appreciated the quick turnaround time with my order and would fit this place into my lunch rotation any day! " (*Curated Review*)

" I generally have had a pleasant experience at Pho You. The prices are reasonable, and the staff are incredibly polite and helpful. I had the beef pho last time, and while it was acceptable, I didn't find it as robust as I’d like. However, the summer rolls were delicious, and I'm eager to try more dishes from their menu. " After reading the positive reviews, my expectations were high, and they were mostly met! The beef pho had a nice quantity of meat and included a generous side of herbs for garnish. However, I found the broth quite bland compared to the pho I've had before. The ambience was lovely, clean, and cozy. I appreciated the quick service, too. I’m curious about their other dishes, especially the banh mi! " (*Curated Review*)

" Pho You has a lovely ambiance, and the servers were attentive. I was seeking more authenticity in the pho itself; while it was fresh, it lacked traditional flavor. However, the banh mi was on point, which made up for my pho experience. I'm looking forward to trying more from their menu! " (*Curated Review*)
