" Honestly, Uncle Gin's Kgrill really knocked my socks off! The flavors were like a direct transport back to Korea. I had the beef galbitang and it was rich and hearty, just like I remembered. All the side dishes complemented it well, although I do think they could have dialed back on the salt a bit. All in all, the dining experience was marvelous. " I planned a birthday dinner here and it was such a hit! From the moment we walked in, the vibe was friendly and lively, with K-Pop playing in the background. Our server brought us water constantly without asking, which is a rare treat. We indulged in different BBQ selections, and I particularly loved the pork belly. My guests were impressed with the side dishes too, particularly the kimchi and mung bean pancakes. " Last night, we decided to visit Uncle Gin's for a last-minute dinner, and what a delightful surprise it turned out to be! The atmosphere was lively and the music selected fit perfectly in with the theme. The staff was attentive and helpful in explaining the different BBQ options. I ordered the seafood pancake alongside some beef bulgogi. While the pancake was more veggie-heavy than I anticipated, the bulgogi was incredibly flavorful and satisfying.
