" What a delightful experience! Uncle Gin's Kgrill is a new favorite of mine. I was pleasantly surprised by the authentic flavors of the short ribs; they were perfectly marinated and grilled to perfection. The ambiance is warm and inviting, making it an ideal spot for a casual dinner with friends. Plus, the service was top-notch; our server was friendly and attentive. You won't regret trying their beef bulgogi! " (*Curated Review*)
" I was excited to try Uncle Gin's after hearing great things from my colleagues. The setup was comfy and welcoming, but the food, unfortunately, didn’t meet my expectations. I felt the bulgogi was lacking seasoning and the side sauces could have been more diverse. However, the short rib I tried was sublime, so maybe it just depends on what you order. I plan on visiting again to give it another shot, it certainly has potential. " (*Curated Review*)
" Honestly, Uncle Gin's Kgrill really knocked my socks off! The flavors were like a direct transport back to Korea. I had the beef galbitang and it was rich and hearty, just like I remembered. All the side dishes complemented it well, although I do think they could have dialed back on the salt a bit. All in all, the dining experience was marvelous. The staff were warm and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed. I'll definitely recommend this restaurant to all my friends who love Korean food. Can't wait to visit again! " I planned a birthday dinner here and it was such a hit! From the moment we walked in, the vibe was friendly and lively, with K-Pop playing in the background. Our server brought us water constantly without asking, which is a rare treat. We indulged in different BBQ selections, and I particularly loved the pork belly. My guests were impressed with the side dishes too, particularly the kimchi and mung bean pancakes. Just one downside: the portions are a bit smaller than I expected for some dishes, but the quality makes up for it. I’ll be back for sure, Uncle Gin! " (*Curated Review*)
" Last night, we decided to visit Uncle Gin's for a last-minute dinner, and what a delightful surprise it turned out to be! The atmosphere was lively and the music selected fit perfectly in with the theme. The staff was attentive and helpful in explaining the different BBQ options. I ordered the seafood pancake alongside some beef bulgogi. While the pancake was more veggie-heavy than I anticipated, the bulgogi was incredibly flavorful and satisfying. I think the pricing is also very reasonable giving the quality and portions served. I’ll be telling all my friends about this place! " (*Curated Review*)
" Uncle Gin's has quickly become a go-to place for my family and me! The all-you-can-eat option is excellent value for the money, and you can see the chef using real charcoal BBQ, which gives the meat that smoky flavor everyone loves. We’ve tried various dishes, and while most are stellar, I was slightly disappointed with the seafood pancake, which had more veggies than seafood. Still, the service was fantastic, and we'll definitely return! " (*Curated Review*)
" Overall, I think Uncle Gin's Kgrill is a fine addition to the local Korean BBQ scene. It has a cozy setting, perfect for groups or casual outings. The BBQ beef rib was flavorful and cooked perfectly, and I was impressed with the variety in side dishes too. However, they could use a bit more balance when it comes to seasoning the rice. I will still consider coming back for the unlimited BBQ special as I’m sure it will be worth the price. " (*Curated Review*)
