" My experience at Cemitas Poblanas was quite the rollercoaster. Initially excited about trying the cemitas, I was let down by the service. It took a long time for our order to be taken and even longer for the food to arrive. When it finally did, I found the tacos were a tad bland and lacked the spice I was looking for. On the upside, the portion size was excellent! If they can improve on service and add a punch of flavor to their dishes, it could be a winner.
