On my last visit, I went for their renowned baklava for dessert, and let me tell you—it was the perfect ending to an incredible meal. The sweetness was just right without being overwhelming. Before that, I had the chicken gyro, which was tender and flavorful, and I couldn't get enough of their garlic sauce! The service was friendly, and the overall vibe was relaxed and welcoming. " What a delightful place! Marlaina's Mediterranean Kitchen exceeded all my expectations. I went there with some friends after hearing great things about their lasagna and kebabs. I’ll tell you, the kebabs are ridiculously good! The meat was so tender and juicy, bursting with flavor. Not to mention the sides that complemented it perfectly! The decor was charming and really added to the Mediterranean vibe—as close to being in Greece as you can get without leaving the States! The only downside was that we wished we had room for dessert. " This place is a dream! I can't say enough good things about the food and the staff. The server was so nice, recommending dishes and even checking up on us multiple times to ensure everything was perfect. The mezze were simply delightful. We had a variety and it was hard to choose a favorite; so fresh and each had unique flavors! The lamb shank was to die for! Each bite was bursting with spices and cooked wonderfully. " What a gem in Burien! Marlaina's Mediterranean Kitchen has the most incredible atmosphere. I adore the homely feel of the decor and the welcoming staff. My partner and I shared the mezze platter and it was delightful—everything from the tabouli to the stuffed grape leaves had great flavor! The highlight had to be the lamb shank though; melt-in-your-mouth tender and perfectly seasoned. The prices are very reasonable for the quality you receive. We will definitely be returning!
