We waited far too long for our food, and when it finally arrived, it was cold and poorly made. My husband's burrito had practically no filling compared to other locations. I was overwhelmed by the lack of organization with the staff; they were constantly shouting at each other, which was uncomfortable. " Disappointing is an understatement. I was excited to grab something quick, but upon arrival, the atmosphere felt chaotic and disorganized. They got our order wrong and my quesadilla was missing important toppings. We couldn’t even tell if the dining area was clean since it looked as if it hadn’t been maintained throughout the day. " Every single time I've been to this Taco Bell, there's either something wrong with my order or the food quality is just awful. The drive-thru line is long but the wait is totally unjustified for subpar food. On my last visit, my tacos were overcooked and served cold. I brought this to the attention of the staff, but they seemed disinterested in even trying to fix the issue. Not sure what it is about this location, but it has lost its appeal. Will not return.
