My order was jumbled, and when addressed, the staff seemed annoyed that I even brought it to their attention. " This Taco Bell has incredible service! I came in during a rush, and the staff worked so well to ensure that everyone received their orders promptly. I ordered a simple Power Bowl, and it was fantastic! One of the team members noticed I was not sure about sauces and took the time to explain the options. " I am an avid Taco Bell fan, but this particular location tarnished my experience. The wait was absurdly long for just two items and when I finally received my order, it was missing one entirely. Staff seemed indifferent and rather unfriendly, making the entire experience even worse. " I decided to treat my kids to some Taco Bell after a long week. Unfortunately, this location did not live up to the expectations I have from the brand. We found the restaurant quite dirty, and the staff seemed constantly busy but not productive. My chalupa was cold and hard, and the service felt neglectful at best. " Every single time I've been to this Taco Bell, there's either something wrong with my order or the food quality is just awful. The drive-thru line is long but the wait is totally unjustified for subpar food. On my last visit, my tacos were overcooked and served cold. I brought this to the attention of the staff, but they seemed disinterested in even trying to fix the issue. Not sure what it is about this location, but it has lost its appeal. Will not return. " All I can say is wow! Stopped by for a late-night munch. Got a burrito and some tacos, and both were excellent! The food tasted fresh and the quality was surprisingly top-notch compared to other Taco Bell experiences I’ve had. Staff were engaging and hadn’t forgotten about me while I waited.
