The buns and dumplings tasted fresh, and the flavors were authentic, reminding me of some of the dim sum restaurants back in Hong Kong. " This was my first visit to Dim Sum Express, and I have a few mixed feelings about it. Some dishes were fantastic, especially the steamed pork buns which were enormous and flavorful. Others, like the egg rolls, I felt were a bit greasy and not homemade. I was also slightly disappointed that they are cash only, as that’s less convenient. " Dim Sum Express had been on my list to try for the longest time! I finally made it and was not disappointed. The only downside was it was cash only, which I had to run back to my car to grab. Once I got inside, the ordering was smooth and my food was ready fairly quickly. The shrimp dumplings were a highlight! However, the hom sui gok was a little on the doughy side for my taste.
