" I cannot recommend this place highly enough! The carne asada was the best I've had since visiting Honduras. Each bite took me back to my childhood! The portions were enormous, more than enough to share. The only downside was that I had to wait over an hour for the food to arrive. It was worth it, but I would suggest calling ahead to avoid the long wait times. The staff was friendly, which made the wait a bit easier. They were huge, filled with beans and cheese, and the added crema was the icing on the cake. This food truck has some of the best Honduran food I've ever tried.
