" Having been to several Chinese buffets, I had to check out Spring of China since it was nearby. While the price is reasonable, I found the food to be lackluster and not fresh. Our party asked for more food be brought out but it felt like it took forever. The only dish I really enjoyed was the orange chicken—it tasted delicious! " I’ve been coming to Spring of China for years, and I have to say the quality fluctuates. Some days, the food is piping hot; other days, it has that old buffet taste. In my recent visit, I ordered the triple delight, which was fantastic—the meat was tender, and the flavor was on point. But the buffet was pretty much empty, even on a Wednesday night. " I was eager to dine at Spring of China after hearing great things from friends. The menu offered many choices, and the staff was incredibly friendly.
